We celebrated Troy's birthday this week. It was a bit lower key than the big party last year, but with a few happy moments woven into a busy workday.

Troy and his birthday cheesecake. Instead of going out for dinner, we had a sitter watch Timothy for an hour while we went for a walk. It was a beautiful fall evening. After Timothy was in bed we had a nice dinner together. Timothy got to join in the celebration at an afternoon coffee/cider/cookie date at Starbucks.
