The big brother

Timothy is dealing quite well with the new addition to our family. He likes her tiny fingers and toes. He frequently reminds us that babies can't walk or talk or run. And he has taken an interest in what the umbilical cord is and how it will soon be Teresa's belly button. A few times he has told Troy or I to put the baby down so we could do whatever he requested of us.

There some perks to being a big brother too...Timothy has received a good share of big brother gifts--much to his delight. He is also getting to go on some fun daddy and son adventures. Troy and Timothy have gone to the water park, and the Fargo children's museum. This weekend they are going on a camping adventure together (along with a one of Troy's friends.)

We were not sure how Timothy would respond to a sister, but we are happy that thus far it is going well! Below are two pictures from the museum outing.
