We did not choose to try camping this labor day. As a result the weather was beautiful! Whenever we reserve a campsite it seems to rain or be really hot. Instead of camping we stayed at Aunt Mary's B&B! We went up on Friday and on Saturday made a day trip to Devil's lake.
We went for a hike along the rocky trail again, and this time no scraped knees! There was lots of fun climbing on rocks and taking pictures. Teresa had her camera too, so she captured some nice shots.
And she even decided to take one of Troy and I!
And of course she couldn't help but take one of a dog! We saw so many dogs--Teresa was delighted!
After a hike and a picnic lunch, we spent time at the beach playing in the water and the sand.
Aunt Mary's is always fun too. There was time for snuggles, games, lighting candles and playing at the playground. And we also get in a bit of cheering for Wisconsin teams.
It was a great weekend and hard to say goodbye. Teresa was especially sad this time. But we made all sorts of wonderful memories!
