New Year's Eve

The school schedule had the kids going back on the 2nd this year.  So, we came home on the 31st, to give ourselves a day at home before jumping back into the routines.  That meant a New Year's Eve at our house.  We had some left over pizza for dinner and watched 6 episodes of the Mandalorian on Disney plus.  It was great.  I think it was the first binge watch for all of us!

We did take a break in there to decorate cookies.  Teresa was given a free cookie decorating kit as we were shopping at Trader Joe's in the cities.  It was the perfect family activity!

After 6 episodes we switched to watch the NYC coverage for the ball drop.  Teresa went to bed at 11pm.  I went to bed around 11:40 and Troy and Timothy made it just past midnight.  It was a really fun night for all of us!
