We had a short
stay at "our" cabin during our time of homelessness. We have come here the last 2 years at the invitation of some gracious church friends.
In the 3 days we were there we had a lot of fun. The kids loved fishing, even Teresa this year. Our days were low key and relaxing a a good time to rest from the busy days of packing and moving. Here are some picture highlights.
We spent lots of time fishing and boating. I am not quite sure what the fish count was this year, but still quite a few. We caught sunnies, crappies, perch, one walleye and Timmy even caught a turtle!
Teresa really liked driving the boat this year. In this picture, she was trying to show her teeth in her smile!
Fishing off of the dock on a beautiful, still evening.
We made our trip into Bagley. We went to the museum and then hit the playground. I made us pose on the swings for a family picture. The kids had fun sliding--even though Timothy does not look very happy.
And of course we had to stop at Dairyland for ice cream. Smiles while we wait for treats.
Teresa enjoying time on the dock.
We also made our way into Bemidji and stopped at the Science Center. Timothy had a great time holding snakes, lizards, and a bunny. Teresa enjoyed pretending to drive a tractor.
